LORIO is a brand of HAPPLYZ Medical, whose head office is located at 24 rue du Beaudon 60350 PIERREFONDS.

“Mobile Application” means the mobile application that can be downloaded from Google Play Store or App Store, the content of which is available, owned, controlled, managed, powered and/or hosted by HAPPLYZ Medical.

- Collection of your results: The score you obtain during your games makes it possible to establish a ranking of your performance, either in relation to your game history, or in relation to other users when you play online. Recording your collected items, skin, vehicles, characters keeps your item earning history and calculates your next collection levels
.- Automatic information collection: we automatically collect certain information from your mobile device when you use LORIO. For example, we collect your connection times in order to automatically integrate this information into your tracking history. This allows us to integrate all your activity times into your performance tracking calendar without you having to fill them in manually. This information is specific and only occurs when your flute is connected to the mobile application.

2. Use of your personal data
We use your personal data in the context of your own use of the mobile application or the website. Your data is used in particular to check your identity during your connections.

3. Sharing your data with third parties
Your results (game scores, respiratory constants) are created in private mode. No other LORIO user can have access to your personal space and its content. A future version will allow you to be able to play in network with other users of LORIO but the connection in network will remain under your control; the default mode will always be single player. Under no circumstances will your data be transmitted to other players with the exception of your nickname and your score during the game.
Similarly, in this next version, you will be able to send your results (game scores, respiratory constants) to the medical practitioner(s) you have defined. The transmission of its data cannot be made without your intervention.

4. Retention of your data
Your personal data is collected and stored by HAPPLYZ Medical as long as your profile remains active in the LORIO mobile application.
We keep all the information you provide when creating your profile: surname, first name, nickname, date of birth, height, weight. This allows in particular to be able to have access to your profile even if a long period of time has elapsed since their registration.
Medical data is stored and secured by a third-party service provider on an approved Health Data Hosting server (HDS) in accordance with the regulations in force.
In the event of permanent deletion of your profile, the information relating to it is deleted from our database within 30 days. Similarly, if you wish to delete your LORIO account, your personal information is kept for the same 30-day period.

5. Information relating to minors
LORIO is intended for adults or children accompanied by legally responsible adults, whether a parent, guardian or companion. The child acts under their responsibility. However, if we know that a person is under the age of 13 and that person sends us personal data, we delete or destroy this information as soon as reasonably possible and does not hinder the use of the solution.
